We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 7 working days and will provide updates as your concern is investigated.

Should you remain dissatisfied following our response, you are entitled to escalate your concern to the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), the regulatory body for pharmacy professionals and pharmacies in Great Britain, via www.pharmacyregulation.org.
